What is your Return & Exchange policy?
All goods sold are non-refundable. However, we understand that parents may have a change-of-mind. Don’t worry! We have one of the best exchange policies in the baby diapering industry. You can make a walk-in exchange at our warehouse during operating hours within 14 days from the date of purchase, and must meeting the following exchange criteria:
- The parcel must be in sealed condition, including the individual packaging.
- Original carton box must be present during the exchange and in good condition.
- Contents must be unused and unworn.
Customers whom do not meet the criteria will be politely turned away.
Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?
Once your order has been processed for courier pick-up, you will not be able to request for cancellation or amendments. Fret not, we have an exchange policy for you, if you need to make post-delivery amendments.
I received a defective item; how do I request for an exchange?
Delivering an excellent purchase experience is important for us and we’re incredibly sorry for the disappointment. Kindly reach out to us personally at our customer service hotline or via the chat function. Our friendly representative will attend to you within 1 business day.
I cannot come down in-person for the exchange, can you help me?
We perfectly understand the busy schedule of a parent and the inconvenience to travel down to our warehouse for exchange. Our team could arrange the exchange on behalf at your convenience, for a fee between $6.00 to $10.00; depending on your residing location.
The intended exchange item has a price difference, what should I do?
It’s simple! You can exchange for items of the same monetary value, or simply top-up the difference. If your intended item is of a lower cost, you can purchase an additional quantity.
